We can write Orange County bail bonds in cities including but not limited to Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Cypress, Orange, Brea, Tustin, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, La Habra and Irvine.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department operates the Central Main Jail in Santa Ana, as well as the Theo Lacy Facility in Orange and the James A. Musick Facility in Irvine. The Main Jail includes the Intake Release Center which is the entry point for all new individuals brought into the jail system in Orange County. Bail bonds can be arranged very quickly by a Premiere Bail Bond agent.
At the Central Jail Facility, it can take four to six hours to book someone who’s brought in. It typically takes from about six to eight hours (and sometimes up to 12 hours, depending on the circumstances) to release the arrested individual once a bail bond is presented to the jail. The Theo Lacy Facility also books individuals and releases them on bail. The James A. Musick Facility is mostly a low risk sentencing facility but does accept bail bonds if a person is in custody there.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department serves the following 12 cities in Orange County: Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park. Other cities operate with their own police departments, while the sheriff’s department also handles law enforcement in unincorporated areas of Orange County.
