The late 1870’s- Southern California emerged as a massive and profitable farming center.
The 20th century- Los Angeles became the entertainment capital of the world.
1932- Los Angeles hosted the Olympics. World War II- The Los Angeles region and its ports play a crucial role while producing airplanes, machinery, and weaponry.
