Fullerton Bail Bond Agents - California

The Fullerton P.D. books an arrested individual in about 30 minutes to an hour. The department does hold individuals until their court appearance in its limited jail facilities, except in cases where the warrant is not the department’s or the individuals have medical problems. In those situations, the inmates get sent to the Orange County Jail.

When a licensed bondsman presents the Fullerton Police Department with an accepted bail bond, it takes just about 30 minutes, on average, to release the person in custody.

The North Justice Center, at 1275 North Berkeley Avenue in Fullerton, CA 92832, hears cases of those arrested in Fullerton. The court is located just west of North Harbor Boulevard, only a mile from the Fullerton Police Department.
