Fountain Valley Bail Bonds

The time it takes the Fountain Valley Police Department to book someone arrested in the city varies depending on the nature of the offense. Since the department only has holding cells, in nearly all cases those arrested get transferred to the Orange County Jail.

Rarely if ever does the Fountain Valley Police Department bail someone directly out of the holding cells there. When someone is taken to the Orange County Jail, and a licensed bondsman presents an accepted bail bond, the time for release ranges from about six to eight hours, and sometimes up to 12 hours.

Individuals arrested in Fountain Valley have their cases heard at the West Justice Center in Westminster, located east of Beach Boulevard at 8141 13th Street.

At Bail.com Bail Bonds Universal, our experienced and well-respected agents have been working in Fountain Valley and other areas of Orange County for many years. If someone you love is arrested in Fountain Valley, call us at 800-824-6614 (toll free) to expedite his or her release via bail bond.
