Chula Vista Bail

If you need to find a bail bondsman in Chula Vista, CALL PREMIERE BAIL BONDS AT 1-800-662-0056.  Our agents are available to help you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All information discussed with us is always held with the utmost confidence.

Chula Vista is San Diego county’s second largest city. Located seven miles south of downtown San Diego and seven miles north of the world’s busiest international border crossing, (Tijuana).

The Chula Vista Police Department operates its own City Jail.  This facility houses arrestees until their court arraignment (maximum 96 hours). After the arrest of your family member or friend, he/she will usually be taken to the Chula Vista Police Department for booking. This process usually involves taking personal information, recording information about the alleged offense, searching records for previous offenses, taking fingerprints and photos, and placing them in a holding cell.

You also can visit the Chula Vista Police Departments web site at http://www.chulavistapd.org. Once at their site you will see a link on the left side for currently arrested people. By clicking on this link it will bring up a list of people in the Chula Vista Jail along with their offense and bail amount.

Once one of our bond agents arrives at the Chula Vista City Police Department Jail, the bond is submitted to the jail. The bond takes about 15-30 minutes to complete and post unless we have to post after hours. Then it might take about an hour to post.  Depending on how busy the jail is, the time it takes to process your family member or friend could be from 5 minutes to a couple of hours.  What you don’t want to do is to keep calling the jail because this only takes away from the officer processing your family member or friend in order to release them from jail.

We here at Premiere Bail Bonds want to help you as much as we can.  So the following information is being provided for your convenience.
