Fast Bail Bond Service in Brea, California

With arrests in Brea, it takes only about 45 minutes to an hour to book the individual arrested. It’s important to contact a bail bondsman quickly, because the Brea Police Department only has holding cells and will transfer the arrested individual to the Orange County Jail after a few hours. However, the Police Department often will give the individual a little bit of extra time if the officers know that a licensed bondsman is scheduled to arrive.

Once the bondsman brings the bond and completes the paperwork, it takes only about 10 to 30 minutes (on average) to release the individual. This can vary, however, depending on the time of day and what else is happening at the department.

Cases of individuals arrested in Brea go to the North Justice Center at 1275 North Berkeley Avenue in Fullerton, CA 92832. The court, located just west of North Harbor Boulevard, is about 4.5 miles from the Brea Police Department.
