Arrest and Booking
After the arrest of your family member or friend, he/she will usually be taken to the Banning Police Station for the necessary paperwork to be done. After completion of the appropriate paperwork they will be transported to the Larry Smith Detention Facility if there is room.  If for some reason the Smith Facility is full, your family member or friend will be transported to the Robert Presley Detention Facility in down town Riverside.  Depending on how busy the station is, the time it takes to process your family member or friend could be from 45 minutes to a few hours.
When my family member or friend is in custody at the Banning facility, how long will the process take to get him/her released?
The bond paperwork takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. The release time after the jail receives the bond is generally one hour or less for local police stations and 2-10 hours for larger county jails.
We here at Premiere Bail Bonds want to help you as much as we can.  So the following information is being provided for your convenience.
